Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size.
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after your payment has been confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
- A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched
- During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience
⏱️ Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Your total delivery time = processing time + shipping transit time.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options at checkout. Rates are calculated based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination ZIP code.

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed. Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Destinations
At this time, Whisker Wonders Co. ships exclusively within the contiguous United States.
- We ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii (additional transit time may apply)
- We ship to PO Boxes via USPS only — please select Standard Shipping if using a PO Box address
- We do not currently ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands) or APO/FPO addresses
- International shipping is not available at this time — we hope to expand in the future!
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email is received.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Whisker Wonders Co. is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

- We can update your address only if your order has not yet been shipped
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment — additional shipping charges may apply
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We take care to pack every order securely, but occasionally issues arise during transit. Here's what to do:
Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days or your package is significantly overdue, please contact us. We'll work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
Stolen packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but your package is missing, please first check with neighbors and your building or front desk. If it still cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll do our best to assist.
Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging and item(s)
- A brief description of the damage
We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
📸 Tip: Always photograph your package before opening it if it appears damaged upon arrival — this helps us file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
7. Delays & Exceptions
While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, certain circumstances may cause delays that are outside our control, including:
- Severe weather events or natural disasters
- Carrier delays or service disruptions
- High-volume periods such as holidays and sales events
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

8. Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes and cancellations must be requested as soon as possible.
