We accept returns on most pet supplies and accessories within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

   

For the health and safety of all pets, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., engraved tags, custom collars)

  • Grooming tools that have been used

  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

3. How to Start a Return

4. Return Shipping Costs

   

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where:

In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

   
     

💡 Tip: We recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns. Whisker Wonders Co. is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit on the way back to us.

   
       

5. Refunds

   

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size, color, or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.
